From our carpark, you have plenty of options to get to Portofino or the other mesmerizing Tigullio’s gulf attactions:

The “ATM” bus line offers lots of rides from Santa Margherita to Portofino, La Spezia, Camogli, etc. The closest bus stop from the carpark is on Banchina S. Erasmo (for further informations: https://www.amt.genova.it/amt/trasporto-multimodale/linee-bus-provinciali/).

The ferry line will allow you to arrive by the sea in Portofino, San Fruttuoso, Cinque Terre and all the other charming ligurian fishermen villages. The docking pier is only 5 minutes away from the carpark (for further informations: https://traghettiportofino.it/).

By foot, but only for well-trained joggers, you could follow the paths to Portofino through the enchanted regional park’s inland (for further informations: https://portofinotrek.com/it/). 

Unfortunately, being the carpark a public structure, it’s not possible to book single parking spaces, but you surely can call us before arriving and ask us the carpark’s fullness situation. Booking more parking spaces for private events will be valued based on the case.

Don’t you worry, our carpark videosurveillance and ANPR systems read your car’s license plate when you entered the building; that’s why you’ll only need to search for it with the special option RICERCA at the automatic cashiers and then pay the stay with the usual rates.

There’s no need to panic, because during night hours our carpark is monitored by security guards. If you need to ask them anything, just push the HELP button and a phone call will start immediately.

Unfortunately, our ANPR system doesn’t allow infinite entrances daily tickets; you’ll have to pay everytime before leaving the carpark and take a new ticket at every new arrival.

Of course you can; every 24 hours, you’ll pay only 8 hours of stay, and at the end of those 24 hours the fare will start again.

On the membership form we’ll make you write a licence plate number in case of emergencies, but you’ll surely be able to access the reserved space with every car you wish (one car by one, of course). Just remember to tell the carpark staff everytime you’ll enter the building with a non-registered license plate.

The only thing you’ll have to do is tell the carpark staff so that they will delete the old card code and give you a new one with which you’ll be able to enter the building again.

In order to get the invoice, you’ll just have to ask the carpark staff for it before paying. After leaving your tax data to them, they will create the invoice and send a copy of it to your e-mail address.

The member parking spaces are limited, that’s why, if you’re interested, you’ll need to ask the carpark staff to be put in the waiting list as soon as possible.

It’s simple and easy! At your arrival, as soon as you take the ticket, the system will save your license plate number and link it to the ticket code. Once you pay for the stay, the exit system cameras will know that you already paid and automatically open the bars for you. To guarantee your privacy, your license plate number will be deleted as soon as you leave the carpark. The system works in the exact same way for the members: you’ll just need to inform the carpark staff of every new license plate numbers with which you’ll enter the building; in this way, entrances and exits will both be automatic.
